PIONEER

I bought a belt and buckle at a show in the summer to give my boyfriend for Christmas, and realized I should’ve gotten another buckle. I purchased the Pioneer buckle online, and was not happy with how it arrived (some dings and marks). After leaving my original unhappy review, Tanner reached out almost instantly to figure out an effective solution. Although I’m sad the original belt buckle had some marks, I am very pleased with the customer service and communication from KNKT!

The box the buckle was shipped in was very secure with a beautiful design! It would have been amazing to wrap everything up in it for my boyfriend for Christmas, however, the tape and residue ruined the outside of the box and is not as presentable. I understand more packaging would increase waste, just sad to see the outside of a beautiful box ruined in a way.

Overall, the belt and buckle designs are very sleek, professional, and handsome! I love the concept and the thought that went in to the function of the belts!
