A huge shoutout to this company. We have purchased a couple belts in 2024. They have been fantastic. But my son’s belt buckle the pin had fallen out. Reached out to them to see about purchasing a new buckle cause the rest of the belt was in great condition. The resulting correspondence they asked for my return address and said that a new buckle was in the way. No charge. I was taken back and was willing to purchase a new one cause it’s a great belt. 2 years still looks great. Out lasted many other brands. And now with a new buckle it last a few more years.
