Needed a replacement belt. Ordered it online, within the hour they emailed me to confirm the size. Sure enough I ordered the wrong width. They corrected the order and sent me the proper with belt that I required. Awesome customer service great quality belt

I bought a strap and 2 buckles at a trade show 4 years ago and after 4 years of daily use that strap got worn out but the buckles are still great! So I bought 2 more straps and a new buckle for variety. Everything arrived as expected and the packaging is beautiful.
